Visit to Solfatara and to the hill of Posillipo
 

Departure on early morning from the port of Naples where after a short car journey, during that we will better know our kind driver, we will reach Piazza del Plebiscito to admire the facade of the ancient Royal Palace, San Carlo Theatre and the famous Galleria Umberto ,in the past centre of the elegance in Naples. We will continue then towards Pozzuoli, where we will visit the famous Solfatara.
The Solfatara is a  very interesting natural oasis famous for his geological value and for his landscape, where in about  33 hectares of land there are over 40 volcanic craters. There, with the aid of a guide, we will admire known phenomena such as volcanic fumaroles and  “mud volcanoes”, the wooded area and the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation. We will continue along Pozzuoli, an ancient seafaring village, renowned as a port in Roman times and  driving along the famous theatre Flavio of the I century BC, we will then come back to Naples along the slopes of the hill of Posillipo. There we will admire and photograph the magnificent landscape that the bay will present to our eyes: the Bay of Naples and that of Pozzuoli . Then in the typical village of Posillipo we will try typical Neapolitan sweets and of course our excellent coffee.
Return expected at the port for 13 hours approx.
