Tour for cruise passengers from Naples full day
Visiting the town of Sorrento


Departure from the port of Naples on early morning for a wonderful tour that, along one of the most beautiful peninsulas of the world, will take us to Sorrento, the land of the Sirens which has inspired great poets and important singers. The first stop will be in the lovely town of Vico Equense, where we will have breakfast with a warm and crunchy handmade croissant in one of the  local bakeries. We will continue along the scenic highway where you can make short stops in the most evocative place to take photographs that will look like “postcard”.
Once arrived  in the  delightful Sorrento, after receiving some information from our friendly driver, we have free time to start our own cultural visit or  for shopping in the characteristic little streets, where well prepared artisans and shopkeepers, regardless of the passing of time, keep intact folkore and traditions of the past.
Strongly recommended is a visit to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine, located in the main square Piazza Tasso and the Museum Shop of Inlaid Woodwork where it’s exposed a rich collection of furniture and typical handmade objects in Sorrento, with valuable pieces of furniture from ‘ 400 to'800 .
Lunch in a local restaurant
On early afternoon, we will taste the typical digestive lemon liqueur and we will visit one of the oldest and most refined ceramic bazaar of the peninsula.
Return to Naples for approximately  on 17.00 hrs.
